Applies to: All gift vouchers, e‑vouchers, and promotional vouchers issued by our business.
1. Validity Period
All vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, in line with Irish consumer protection law. The expiry date is printed on the voucher or included in the confirmation email. If not, please contact us and we will let you know the date in our system
2. Redemption Rules
Vouchers can be redeemed online or in‑store (where applicable) for products or services offered by our business. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
3. Remaining Balances
If you use only part of a voucher, the remaining balance stays valid until the original expiry date. Balances cannot be transferred to another voucher.
4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Please treat vouchers like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers may not be replaced unless you can provide proof of purchase and the voucher has not been redeemed.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Vouchers are non‑refundable once purchased. If you return an item bought with a voucher, the refund will be issued as a replacement voucher.
6. Promotional Vouchers
Promotional or complimentary vouchers have shorter validity periods or additional restrictions. These will be clearly stated at the time of issue.
